We are a boutique architectural practice making and creating in Melbourne. We are creative problem solvers with a human-centred approach and our goal is simple. We want to create rich and vibrant spaces through projects big and small.
We have a passion for architecture and love things which promote community and social well-being. Human-centred design is at the forefront of our philosophy and our priority is to create bright and engaging places to be in. Collaboration is key to great design, and we're all about that. OUR WORK
Our work spans across diverse contexts and budgets and we love the different possibilities that each project brings. Our priority is to understand the character and qualities of the existing context in order to enhance what is there. We are interested in texture, materials, colour, and creating dynamic forms and volumes which are complementary to their surroundings. Capturing natural light is key to a good space and this drives our design process.
We care about not only how your space looks, but also how it feels. We aim for high performing buildings which are well insulated and ventilated to create comfortable spaces to inhabit. Our goal is to reduce air leakage and thermal bridging, using efficient windows and materials. We analyse site and respond with well oriented structures to maximise solar gains for low energy consumption.
