Our homes are smart with clever efficient use of space, incorporating creative ways to maximise space with minimal intervention, no matter the scale.
We don’t design big if it’s not needed. We believe in the ‘Goldilocks’ approach where things are sized just right.
We design for climate and design for your site. We work with the sun and the orientation of your block through passive solar design.
We care about not only how your space looks, but also how it feels. We aim for high performing buildings which are well insulated and ventilated to create healthy spaces to inhabit. We are Passivehaus certified too.
Building and architecture can seem daunting, but we're here to guide you through the process so that the journey is as rewarding as the finished product.

We work mostly with single residential projects, including renovations, extensions, and new builds. We are very experienced in this area.
We also do some light commercial, retail and hospitality projects for like-minded businesses.
However, if your project doesn’t fit those typologies but what we do resonates, please get in touch as we would love to hear from you. We are open to different project types and excited to take the Circle Studio approach into other areas.

We take on all scales of projects, from modest renovations to $3 million+ new builds. We don’t judge a project based on its size, rather if it is something we feel we can help you with, and our values align, we are more than happy to work together.
We believe in making design accessible to anyone who wants to create a space that they will cherish. Size is less significant than quality. The important thing is being a good fit between you and our studio.
That said, some small projects may not be suitable for us to take on. If we feel you will get better value with a different supplier, we will let you know.

You will be working directly with Yvonne for your project. The benefit of working with a small practice is that you get a very personalised experience and your project will not be bounced around different teams.
We do not outsource documentation. Project are delivered in-house to ensure the highest quality of design and documentation.
